GPP announces three recent transactions, company growth.
Gannett Peak Partners' (GPP) focus on representing tenants within the commercial real estate industry has paid off, and they've got the business to prove it. Amid three recent transactions and a website update, the company added Christopher R. Keppel as an associate. Keppel has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, including an extensive role on the Great Northern Lofts in 2005 and three years as Vice President of Finance for the Cornerstone Group.
Business is good for GPP because given the commercial real estate market, they can drive value for their clients resulting in significant occupancy cost savings. Managing Partner Philip J. Kluesner, Senior Vice President Darrin Dufresne, and new associate Keppel - all with Minnesota roots – offer a deep history of today’s real estate market which benefits their clients.

A testament to that focus, GPP recently finalized lease transactions for three clients in the Twin Cities area.
Clientek a computing and technology solutions company, worked with GPP to secure a new office lease of 13,743 sq.ft in Butler Square, Minneapolis, MN.
Asset Marketing Services worked with GPP to renew its lease of 83,355 sq. ft. in Southcross Center, Burnsville, MN.
Thexton Manufacturing Company worked with GPP to secure a new industrial lease of 11,696 sq.ft in Cecilia Circle, Bloomington, MN.
All three lease transactions were managed and negotiated by Kluesner, who has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the Twin City metropolitan area. GPP provides tenant representation, brokerage/listing and project management services.
