The Situation:

• Magno was in need of approximately 90,000 square feet within three
months to serve existing customers.
• Gannett Peak Partners (“GPP”) was referred to Magno by its minority
owner – Eagle Global Logistics who worked with GPP on a past
transaction.
• The space required needed to be close to Magno’s existing customers.

 

The Approach:

• GPP discussed in detail the needs and long-term desires of Magno.
• A comprehensive search of all lease options within the geographic
boundaries was completed.

 

The Solution:

• Magno received three lease proposals from the five lease alternatives
toured.
• GPP analyzed each rent structure of each proposal and compared the
subjective issues relate to each property to clearly see the differences.
• One of the facilities stood out among the others providing a very desirable
geographical location.

 

The Result:

• Magno moved into a facility within one mile of their two largest customers
with GPP acting as project manager in facilitating the lease signing,
construction documents and negotiations and move-in with substantial
savings in time, money and efficiencies.
