Gannett Peak Partners Long-Term Customer Relations Making the Difference
Edina, MN (July 13, 2011) – Gannett Peak Partners (GPP) today announced that Crane World Wide Logistics and subsidiary Magno International have concluded significant lease transactions with GPP.
Houston, TX based Crane World Wide Logistics – a leader in supply chain management and client of GPP for over ten years continues to grow with an expansion of their Minnesota operations.
In the first transaction GPP worked with Crane to deliver a 5 year 49,000 square foot lease in the Lunar Pointe Distribution Center – an Eagan, Minnesota state-of-the-art distribution center owned by AMB Real Estate Trust.
In the second transaction Magno International, a minority business enterprise and subsidiary of Crane World Wide Logistics – renewed its 129,000 square-foot lease at 5730 Main Street NE in Fridley. GPP negotiated a 3-year lease extension with an improvement package allowing Magno to gain efficiency and reduce its utility costs.
