• GPP worked closely with the existing landlord to create the platform for negotiation. This was key in proceeding with a thought-out negotiation process.

• With the appropriate negotiating platform in place GPP worked with Heroic on improvements needed for the expansion.
• With the needed improvements identified GPP worked with the landlord to structure a staged rental schedule.
The Result:
• Heroic expanded in an adjacent bay with needed improvements and a rental structure that provided Heroic extended free rent coupled with a progressive rental agreement at below market costs.
