Chris grew up in South Minneapolis, but Arizona was the setting for his college education, early career and family life.

What drew him back to Minneapolis?

"There's a significant difference to living and working in a Midwestern city versus the western U.S. The stability here translates to a very high level of loyalty and expectations: people here expect real performance."
