- Boyum had occupied their existing building for over 30 years and initially was undecided on upgrading and renewing its lease or relocating.
- After GPP consulted with Boyum on two one year renewals Boyum focused on relocation.

- While Boyum wasn’t 100% confident a relocation was in their best interest GPP was able to provide Boyum concrete market information so an informed decision could be made.
- An extensive search of alternative properties was considered while comparing the economic and indirect benefits or renewing their lease.
The Solution:
- Having been in the area for over 20 years Boyum was concerned about relocating too far from their existing location.
- GPP presented 3 strong local solutions for Boyum. Working with Boyum’s team GPP provided landlord and management insight from each alternative so Boyum could make an informed decision.
The Result:
- Boyum relocated and signed a ten year lease within the same business park they were presently occupying. GPP consulted with Boyum on key issues related to signage, parking, security, tenant improvements and lease terms and structure.
- GPP continued to work with Boyum as project manager for the tenant improvement build-out ensuring a smooth transition from lease signing to occupancy.
