About Gannett Peak Parners
GPP was founded in 2004 by Philip J. Kluesner after 10 years as a broker with a regional real estate company and 8 years as Vice President of development/brokerage with a national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Phil, an avid climber reaching the highest points in Washington, Idaho, Utah to name a few, wanted a deeper relationship with his client base. After summiting Gannett Peak in Wyoming in the fall of 2004 he formed Gannett Peak Partners to focus solely on representing tenants.
